Appointments

How a consultation is scheduled and prepared

Appointments are the rhythm of our practice: discovery call, document gathering, meeting, and a written summary you can keep.

Formats we offer

What to prepare

We send a tailored checklist after the discovery call. Typical items include recent payslips, mortgage statements, pension valuations, protection policy schedules, and a short note of goals for the next two years. Redact account numbers if you prefer; balances and dates matter more for the first conversation.

Diary timing

Personal reviews usually need two diary slots within three weeks. Mortgage consultations often need a follow-up once lender illustrations arrive. Retirement maps span four to six weeks so forecasts and partner questions can settle between meetings.

After you meet

Within ten working days of the final session you receive a written summary: priorities, open questions, and recommended next actions. One clarifying email exchange is included. Ongoing reviews can be booked separately if your circumstances change.

Browse the advice menu, then send an enquiry with your preferred window. We confirm fees before anything is booked.
